Peanut Butter and Banana Quesadilla
Yield: 1 quesadilla
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • Agave, maple syrup, bee-free honey, optional
  • Dash cinnamon
  1. Spread peanut butter over entire tortilla, leaving a space around the edge. Top half of the tortilla with banana slices and drizzle with sweetener, if desired, and cinnamon.
  2. Fold tortilla in half and heat in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until brown on both sides, flipping once.
