Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola

  • 3/4 creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oat or wheat bran
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Add the almond milk, stir, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, raisins, peanuts, bran, and salt. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and stir until combined.
  4. Spread granola on prepared baking sheet. Bake until fragrant and brown, about 30 minutes, stirring once. Let the granola cool before moving to a sealed container.
