Dirty Chai Overnight Oats

Yield: 1-2 servings
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small container with a lid and stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir again, top with nut butter, nuts, cacao nibs, cinnamon, etc. if desired, and enjoy.
