Spicy Jalapeño Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon jalapeno powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Rinse seeds and pat dry.
  2. Toss seeds with olive oil and seasonings. Place seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
